Adopted supplementary planning documents (SPDs)

The Datchet Design Guide was adopted by the Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead on Thursday 25 February 2021.

The Design Guide supports and encourages design excellence in Datchet and provides guidance to council members, officers, developers and local communities on how to make Datchet a distinctive and attractive place.

The Datchet Design Guide consultation ran from Tuesday 25 February until 6pm on Tuesday 7 April 2020.
