Parking Supplementary Planning Document
On Tuesday 28 April 2026 the Council adopted the Parking Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The SPD provides detailed advice and guidance on the implementation of Local Plan policies, including on parking provision and design for new developments in the borough. The SPD applies to new developments only.
The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
