Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF).
Ascot Placemaking SPD
On Tuesday 22 July 2025 the Council adopted the Ascot Placemaking Supplementary Planning Document (SPD).
The SPD provides more detailed guidance to support the implementation of policy QP1c of the Borough Local Plan (BLP) and help deliver the vision and aspirations for Ascot in the Ascot, Sunninghill and Sunningdale Neighbourhood Plan. The SPD is a material consideration in the determination of planning applications.
