Supplementary planning documents

Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) form part of the Local Development Framework (LDF), expanding or adding detail to policies laid out in Development Plan Documents, or a saved policy from the existing development plan.

In addition to SPDs, the council can also produce non-statutory planning guidance. Details are also provided of other adopted and emerging supplementary policy documents.
