Decision: Oversight of associated workstreams required to implement the above recommendation as the host authority of FHIL, and the authority to agree any binding contracts on behalf of RBWM. 

Update: No contracts have been agreed yet, the negotiations are still ongoing with the company directors and member authorities.

Outdoor Advertising - Bus stops, streets and car parks

Delegated to: Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport, and Customer Service Centre.

Decision: To approve the award of the resulting contract(s).

Draft Maidenhead Town Centre Shopfront Supplementary Planning Document (SPD)

Delegated to: Assistant Director of Planning in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management.

Decision: To approve and publish any minor changes to the draft Maidenhead Town Centre Shopfront SPD, prior to its publication. 

Update: No minor changes were made to the SPD, therefore no Officer Decision Notice was published.

Delegated to: Assistant Director of Planning in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Planning, Governance and Asset Management.

Decision: To approve and publish any minor changes to the draft Parking SPD, prior to its publication.
