Decision: Finalise and enter into the mutual termination of the HPP and King Edward VII car park licences.
Execute any related legal agreements, variations to contracts (including grounds maintenance), and TUPE processes.
Implement any consequential budget adjustments in the Medium-Term Financial Plan (MTFP).

Grounds Maintenance Contract - delegation of authority to award
Delegated to: Executive Director Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Leisure and Performance.
Decision: Approve the appointment of the preferred bidder following a tender process for the grounds maintenance contract.
To approve entering into new licences to occupy and related agreements to enable the preferred bidder to access and use council depots and compounds required to provide contracted services.

Decision: Approve and publish any minor changes to the National and Local Validation Requirements, prior to its publication.

National and Local Validation Requirements
Delegated to: Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance.
Decision: To progress a public open space notice consultation and necessary liaison with MUFC.
Update: Executive Director of Place has stated that they have not gone live with the MUFC open space consultation and comes back to Cabinet in April.

Decision: Set the date of the Referendum.
