Thames Valley Spatial Development Strategy (SDS) - Development and Governance
Delegated to: Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Deputy Director of Law and Governance and Monitoring Officer.
Decision: Detailed agreements and working arrangements for pre inception development of the SDS.
Update: This is currently with the relevant Executive Director.
Extension of Waste collection and allied services contract
Delegated to: Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Neighbourhoods, Leisure and Performance.
Decision: To implement a flexi plastics collection as part of the extension.
Update: This is currently with the relevant Executive Director.
Appointments to Outside Bodies
Delegated to: Deputy Director of Law and Governance, in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Leaders of the Opposition Groups.
Decision: To fill any ad hoc vacancies that might arise through the year from nominations received or make any changes to appointments as required.
Update: This will be communicated through an ODN as and when vacancies arise.
Business Case: 18+ Step-Down Supported Accommodation Project
Delegated to: Executive Director of Children’s Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, Education and Windsor.
Decision: To enter into a lease agreement for the property (demised as part Ground floor entrance, storage and external areas, and upper floor residential accommodation).
To commence the recruitment and non structural alterations subject to the approval of the landlord required to establish an 18+ step-down provision, including the commissioning of a schedule of condition to be prepared by the tenant’s surveyor at its cost and attached to the lease to limit future repairing exposure.
