Delegated to: Executive Director Adult Services, Health and Communities in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance and the Executive Director of Resources.

Decision: to undertake a procurement and enter a contractual arrangement, including a lease, for the delivery of supported accommodation on the site at Imperial Way.

Update: This is currently with the relevant Executive Director.

Imperial Road, Windsor

Delegated to: Assistant Director ASC Commissioning and Finance in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance.

Decision: Undertake the necessary work to provide day centre facilities to replace the Oakbridge based services.

Update: Work is underway to re-provide the day centre at Oakbridge in order to vacate the Imperial Road site before the end of the calendar year.

Provision of management services at the RBWM Rough sleeper/temporary accommodation Hostel - Contract Award

Delegated to: Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Housing Services, Housing Delivery and Health.

Decision: To operationally deliver the approach outlined.

Update: This has now been completed and Switch are the appointed, short term, contractor.

Provision of management services at the RBWM Rough sleeper/temporary accommodation Hostel - Contract Award

Delegated to: Executive Director of Place Service.

Decision: To undertake a full procurement process for a new contract. The outcome of this process to be reported back to Cabinet within a timescale to permit a new contract.

Update: Full procurement process has now been commenced.
