Delegated to: Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport, Customer Service Centre and Employment.
Decision: To approve the appointment of the Preferred Bidder following a tender process for the Highways Maintenance and Capital Works contract.

Sale of Freehold Interest in Windsor Yards Shopping Centre, Windsor
Delegated to: Delegated authority to the Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member Planning, Governance and Asset Management.
Decision: To negotiate and agree the sale option agreement with UREF LP.

Commissioning an Integrated Sexual Health Service for East Berkshire (ISH)
Delegated to: Bracknell Forest Executive Director of Place.
Decision: Award the contract to the successful bidder on behalf of the three (3) Berkshire East boroughs (Bracknell Forest, RBWM and Slough).
