Microsoft Licensing Contract Renewal - Delegated Authority to Award

Delegated to: Executive Director of Resources and Section 151 officer in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Highways and Transport & Customer Service Centre.

Decision: Award the new Microsoft Licensing Contract to the successful tenderer following the conclusion of Crown Commercial Services Aggregated Tender.

Update: Two Officer Decision Notices were published.

• Decision - Award of contract for Microsoft Enterprise Agreement.
• Decision - Approval to seek proposals for renewal of infrastructure software and support services.

Local Authority Housing Fund 3 - Long lease acquisition for temporary accommodation

Delegated to: Executive Director of Place Services in consultation with the Cabinet Member Planning, Governance and Asset Management and Cabinet Member for Adult Service, Health and Housing Services.

Decision: To negotiate and agree the leases and contracts. 

Update: Agreements are being finalised with the legal team.

Advertising and Sponsorship Policy

Delegated to: Executive Director of Place in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Chair of Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Panel.

Decision: To make appropriate amendments to the draft policy based on comments from the overview and scrutiny panel and adopt the Advertising and Sponsorship Policy.

Update: Chris Joyce has shared it with Corporate Overview and Scrutiny Panel to which Vice-Chair has now shared her thoughts with the Chair.
