Maidenhead United Football Club – public open space consultation 

i) Delegated to: Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance

Decision: To finalise a 999-year lease and associated documents for the land based on the draft Heads of Terms and Concept Masterplan appended to the report.

ii) Delegated to: Executive Director of Place, in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance 

Decision: To appropriate any land included within the Open Space Notice, but which does not ultimately comprise part of the lease demise, for the previous purpose of public open space, where necessary.
