Delegated to: The Executive Director of Resources.

Decision: Authorise any further schemes up to £0.500m, in 2026-2027 in line with the strategy (paragraph 7 and Appendix H).

Update: The Executive Director of Resources confirmed that the team would report back use of the delegation via the budget monitoring reports, so that Cabinet are all clear on it and it is in the public domain.

Adult Social Care Transformation - Contract Award

Delegated to: Executive Director Adult Services, Health and Communities in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Cabinet Member for Adult Services, Planning and Governance.

Decision: Enter into a contract with our current specialist change partner to scale up and embed sustainable transformation.
