Appointments to Outside Bodies

Delegated to: Deputy Director of Law and Governance, in consultation with the Leader of the Council and Leaders of the Opposition Groups.

Decision: To fill any ad hoc vacancies that might arise through the year from nominations received or make any changes to appointments as required.

Update: Officer Decision Notices are not usually required to be published for this as all ad-hoc appointments are reported to the next scheduled Cabinet meeting for approval in the public domain. 

For any urgent appointments, an Officer Decision Notice has been published to reflect these appointments, which included appointments in 2025-2026 to both the Police and Crime Panel and the Berkshire Fire Authority.
