Decision: Approval of the Council Tax base for parish areas for 2026/27, and the Borough and Parish tax bases for future years.

Children's Services Capital Programme 2026-2027

Delegated to: Director of Children’s Services and Education and the Executive Director of Resources in consultation with the Cabinet Member for Children’s Services, Education and Windsor. 

Decision: Approval of further projects for inclusion in the 2026-2027 SCA capital programme.

Update: No further projects have been bought forward for the inclusion of the SCA capital programme.

Children's Services Capital Programme 2026-2027 part II

Delegated to: Director of Children’s Services and the Procurement Manager.

Decision: To undertake procurement and enter into contracts for the delivery of the schemes set out at Appendix C, including where varied under recommendation (iii). 

Update: Property Services have confirmed that none of these projects have been awarded yet, so no Officer Decision Notices are needed as of yet.
