Building Control charges from Monday 1 April 2024. Charges quoted are inclusive of VAT at 20.0%.
Miscellaneous charges
- Copy existing document: £18.15
- Re-opening old applications over three years since last visit: £110.00
- First re-issue of completion certificate if no inspection or review is required: £60.50
- Trial hole inspection - this will be deducted from a subsequent application fee if made within six months: £95.00
- Pre-application advice, per hour or part there of (first hour free): £95.00
- Cancellation of application or withdrawal of application: £33.00 if no surveyor involvement. Plan fee or hourly rate for any surveyor involvement in checking works.
- Building Control Support to BSR £91.35 per hour
