How we collect information
Personal data is collected from you through an electronic form.
What information is collected
We collect name, address, email, phone number, whether you have or plan to get an electric vehicle, whether you are interested in getting an EV charging point and, whether you have off-street parking.
How we use the information provided
The council has prepared an Electric Vehicle Chargepoint Infrastructure Plan to identify where deployment of charge points around the borough can be further accelerated and reach all parts of the borough that need it.
Who has access to the information about you
The Council’s Transport Department.
Who we may share your information with
We will share your information with the Energy Savings Trust, Project Centre and charge point operators.
How long we store your information
Information is stored by the Council for five years. Any information shared with Energy Savings Trust and Project Centre will be kept until March 2024.
