How we collect your personal information
Public Spaces Protection Orders (PSPOs) propose to deal with nuisance in a particular area which are having a detrimental effect on the quality of life for those in the local community. They can prohibit certain things from taking place or require specific things to be done.
We are proposing the introduction of a PSPO to tackle anti-social drinking and BBQs.
We seek the views of residents and visitors of the Borough via the consultation to gauge whether there is enough support for PSPOs to be put in place.
A public consultation is a statutory requirement and a PSPO cannot legally be put in place without a consultation.
We collect personal data directly from residents when they participate in the consultation process.

Who we may share your information with
Personal information collected from residents is not shared any wider than the Communities, Enforcement and Protection team.
