We will be collecting information via a digital forms and paper forms on request.
What information is collected
The following personal information is collected:
- Postcode
- Name of school the child attends
How we use information provided
We are collecting school travel information to understand current travel patterns on the school run. Data will feed into travel and road safety measures across the Borough.
Who has access to the information about you
Details you provide will be shared with our Transport team, Highways team and Parking team.
Who we may share your information with
Your information will not be shared outside of RBWM.
However, anonymised data may be made public and shared with anyone interested in school traffic modal shifts, as a report. This information will be in a chart or percentage format such as ‘number of cars on school run’, 'number of people walk on school run’.
How long we store your information
Your details will be retained for 12 months. After this, your information will be securely deleted.
