Land West of Cannondown Road
This is a site allocation in the adopted Borough Local Plan (AL37) for:
- approximately 200 residential units
- a network of pedestrian and cycle routes throughout the site
- a strong high quality network of green and blue infrastructure
- 40% affordable housing
The site is 8.78ha.
On Thursday 30 March 2023, Cabinet unanimously approved the Land West of Cannondown Road Stakeholder Masterplan Document (SMD) as an important material consideration for Development Management purposes.
