Copies of Tree Preservation Orders must be ordered through the Planning Department, whereas copies of Agreements are to be ordered via Shared Legal Solutions (SLS) Maidenhead Deed Room.

- Copies of S.106/52 and 38 Agreements : £10 plus 50p per sheet for 6+ pages.
- Copies of Tree Preservation Orders : £30.
