What work has been done to date regarding the improvement of live streaming equipment for council meetings, the motion approved in 2019 states "To invest in new cameras and more effective microphone equipment to better live stream important council meetings across social media and for subsequent use, subject to a detailed report to Cabinet." however an update to the motion reads "Installation of a new AV system is under consideration in early 2022, to better improve audio and visual quality of meetings for residents." however no report has been submitted to cabinet and the item is not present in the most recent forward plan (March 2022 to June 2022) or the last several. Could some clarity please be provided.
