- data and comprehensive information on complaints made in relation to your refund and postponing policy over the last 5 years in order to compare pre and during covid cases.
- data to be broken down by ethnicity and age.
- also, breakdown to cases that relate to Windsor and Maidenhead residential addresses and those that fall outside.
- the number of appeals made following your complaints process.
