I would like to know the RBWM policy and agreement with its suppliers on the following:
1. How often are street side litter bins emptied? Does this depend on the location and if so what are the different levels and frequencies?
2. How often are roads, pavements and verges supposed to be cleared of litter? I am assuming this depends on location and therefore please advise re the different levels and frequencies for the various classes of roads in the borough
3. How often are roads, pavements and verges supposed to be swept? I am assuming this depends on location and therefore please advise re the different levels and frequencies for the various classes of roads in the borough
3. If I report problems or apparent non-compliance with 1-3 above how soon is remedial action required? Is there any penalty or sanction statutory or otherwise for non-compliance
