Under the Freedom of Information Act I make the request for the following disclosures:
1. Does RBWM receive a percentage or any other form of return from RingGo’s revenues?
2. If so, what is that percentage or what is the agreed form of that return?
3. Does the RingGo system record the number of occasions when it exacts a fee from a motorist for a time period that is not a time period when the motorist was parked on a RingGo administered parking bay?
4. If so, on how many occasions e.g. over the last 5 years has this happened within RBWM’s boundaries?
5. If it does not allow you to produce a report detailing the number of times that a motorist was charged for a time period when they were not parked in a RingGo bay, as in my case, do you understand that that means that RingGo are potentially criminally negligent and that RBWM is an accomplice?
6. Is RBWM aware of the public’s dissatisfaction with RingGo’s parking system? If not, why not?
7. If RBWM is aware of the public’s dissatisfaction with RingGo’s parking system, what steps has it taken to demand that RingGo improve its systems including its mobile app? Please detail these steps including appropriate correspondence / official warnings etc.
8. Does RBWM approve that RingGo provides no discernible customer service facility and that there is no obvious way to get in touch with the company, e.g. to challenge its fees or to complain about the performance of its systems?
