Please may I have the answer to the following FOI request
1. How many malicious emails were received by the council from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2021
2. How many malicious emails (e.g. phishing emails) have been successfully blocked?
3. What percentage of malicious emails were opened by staff?
4. What percentage of malicious links in the emails were clicked on by staff?
5. How many ransomware attacks were blocked?
6. How many ransomware attacks were successful?
7. How many times has the council conducted a Phishing Exercise to test internal staff from 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2021
8. If no phishing exercises were conducted by none, why not?
9. If more 1 or more, how many phishing emails were opened by staff on each occasion please give the month and year of the test.
