Please do not send me the TA1 sheet of the live homeless data tables on gov.uk as a response. They are a snapshot of households out of area in any one quarter, not the specific number of households you have actually placed between 01 January and 01 April this year.
b) Of those, on how many occasions did your local authority 'give notice to the local housing authority in whose district the accommodation is situated' as per Section 208 of the Housing Act 1996?
For your information, the notice must be 'in writing, and must be given before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the day on which the accommodation was made available to the applicant.' c) Please provide a list of all the postcodes that you placed households out of area from 01 January 2021 and 01 April 2021. Please provide this information in three-digit postcodes if you are unwilling to share as five or six digits.
