I am requesting the disclosure of the details of all meetings and correspondence between elected members, officers of RBWM, and employees and directors of the RBWM Property Company and the Maidenhead Mosque, The Ivy Club, and the leaseholders occupying the RBWM freehold land immediately to the north in relation to any land disposal, property interest including leasehold termination, planning advice and broader issues pertaining to any land sale, or expansion of the mosque onto freehold land to the north of their site between the period 5th May 2023 to 24th April 2024.
