[…] pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I require you to provide information and documentation as follows:
1) maintenance, inspection and repair records/notes/minutes in respect of the inspection undertaken on 6 March 2024 at the aforementioned location (maybe describe it again);
2) maintenance, inspection and repair records/notes/minutes for all or any inspections subsequent to the report of the defect being made by me on 12 March 2024;
3) maintenance, inspection and repair records/notes/minutes from all attendances at the location subsequent to 12 March 2024, including records of the repair undertaken;
4) records of other complaints relating to that area of the highway for 12 months prior to my incident;
5) records of maintenance, inspection and repair for 12 months before my incident on the relevant stretch of highway.
