1. The court hearing on 24 March 2023 was notified to all "respondents" who then attended in person. Who were the "respondents" and if this did not include the planning department who attended the court on behalf of the council?
2. As the legal department appointed the external counsel to serve the Planning Enforcement Order, to whom did the external counsel report the decision of the court hearing and was this done in writing? If yes, I would like to see the report.
3. Who attended the meeting of the "client department" on 24 April 2023 when the decision was made not to pursue the matter to a final hearing? Can I make a Freedom of Information" request for the minutes of this meeting and the attendees?
