Can you please provide me with the documents that detail the internal RBWM procedures which must be followed to modify RBWM highways policies / terms and conditions."
Councils must follow procedures and there should be a documented procedure for how polices etc are changed. I would like to see the procedure that the highways team should be following when changing policies that impact residents.
