- All of the vehicles owned by the authority
- How these are powered (petrol, diesel, hybrid, electric or any other way)
- When each of them was bought and if they were bought new (and if not, when they were first manufactured)
- Using the details above, how vehicles not owned by the council but used by it - i.e. bin lorries - are powered
- When each of those was bought and if they were bought new (and if not, when they were first manufactured).
