Could you please provide me with a copy of the historical RBWM highways - domestic vehicle drop kerb terms and conditions. As per my understand, the terms and conditions were changed in October 2020, and I would like to see the version which predates October 2020. For your reference, the current terms and conditions can be found via this website. https://www.rbwm.gov.uk/home/transport-and-streets/roads-and-pavements/dropped-kerbs Alongside the historical terms and conditions document, could you please provide me with any documents relating to the justification and approval of the current terms and conditions, which was necessary for them to be implemented.
