Please can you advice on how your council looks after general, children and adults complaints.
1. Do you have a team that looks after all complaints? If so how many are in team?
2. Do your members cases go through your complaints team/process or a separate one?
3. Do you have a Children & Adults Complaints Manager? If so is it only children & adults complaints they deal with and do they have past experience in Childrens
4. What area looks after your Local Ombudsman complaints (link officer) and do they get involved in response to the LGO apart from signposting.
5. How many separate complaint processes do you offer to customers ie, housing, children & adults, corporate and any other or are they all on one process?
