A snippet from an edition of the Maidenhead Advertiser in 1963 references a 60-year lease agreement between Maidenhead Rugby Club and the council. Assuming this to be effective from the time of publication, the lease agreement would have expired last year.
As such, I would like to know the following:
When did the original lease expire?
When was a new agreement issued, and how long is the new agreement for?
How much - in terms of a nominal figure and not 'peppercorn rent' - does MRFC pay to the council annually as part of the current lease agreement?
What fees - outside of its main pitch at Braywick Sports and Recreation Ground - do MRFC pay to the council?
