Re: Parking Charge Notices (PCNs) [...] under the jurisdiction of the council.
To narrow down our request, we are particularly interested in the following information for the past two calendar years.
- How many PCNs were issued in the council in the last two calendar years?
- The number of PCNs that were promptly paid within the initial 14-day period, thus allowing motorists to benefit from the discounted rate?
- How many of the PCNs initially issued escalated to a higher premium due to non-payment or other factors?
- The subsequent number of these escalated PCNs that eventually entered into formal enforcement procedures?
