At the Place Overview & Scrutiny Panel meeting of April 20th, 2023, councillors requested a new valuation of the proposed site to lease to Maidenhead United FC.
I would like to know what the new valuation concluded the site to be worth, along with any conditions on restricted use for the site requested as part of the new valuation.
