1a. Does your Council have a Climate Team?
1b. If your Council does have a team, how many staff are employed in this team (FTE)?
2a. Does your Council have an internal budget to support the Climate agenda?
2b. How much is your internal budget (if you have one)?
Affordable Warmth
3a. Does your Council have an Affordable Warmth Team (or equivalent)? A team which focuses on helping residents with heating issues - by sourcing funding for boiler replacements and ECO measures, issuing emergency fuel vouchers, distributing emergency heaters etc.
3b. If your Council does have a team, how many staff are employed in this team (FTE)?
3c. If your Council does have a team, how are the staff funded - Core Council budget, NHS/Public Health funding, External Funding, Other?
