• Liable Party
• Full Billing Authority Reference Number (as used by the Valuation Office)
• Liability Start Date
• Charge Type or Occupied Status
• Liability End Date (if Empty/Exempt)
• Property Address
• Property Postcode
• Property Rateable Value
• Correspondence or Billing Address and Postcode
• SBRR (If Applied)
• SBRR Date (If Applied)
Where possible if the data could be provided in an Excel file that would be preferable.
