I would like to ask you to provide me with the information regarding permitted licenses for the use of polo grounds by Glebe Farm, Hungerford Lane, Shurlock Row (Waltham st Lawrence Parish) I’m interested in number of matches they can play on there grounds, term and conditions Also the amount of horse box movements through the village with there limitation, terms and conditions and routes they have to take when they transport there horses to neighbouring premises and or clubs
