Please could you provide the following information:
The average number of days an employee has worked remotely for each year 2018-2023.
(eg Average of 2 days a week)
The average number of sick days taken by employees for each year 2018-2023.
(eg Average of 10 days a year)
Please exclude any employees that never work in an office type role, groundsperson, refuse collector etc if possible.
I appreicate that the average for remote work may be difficult to calculate, a very rough estimate is fine.
