Kindly provide all information you have held since April 2018, on matters relating to overall physical environment, particularly vegetative growth, e.g. trees, grassed/shrubbed verges on either side of Park Corner, SL4 4EB, southwards for 200 metres from the Spencer Denny Centre.
Specific items required:
• Financial value of contracts held by contractors (e.g. tree surgeons/landscape gardeners/environmental enforcement ) to the council on same subject, including tenders and details of officers within council that issued the contracts, whether ad hoc or long term, plus details of all work reported to council as done or needing to done, when and why, by the contractors.
• Dates and nature (e.g., phone, letter, visits to town hall, emails) of all and any complaints and requests from residents and all or any other persons connected with the area in question, over safety and tidiness of same, to pedestrians and or road users + details of any accidents and incidents.
• Responses given by the council on same above with full details of rationale on same and any litigation that followed or was planned + result.
• Briefings/discussions, either in official meetings or otherwise, via email or other media given to the council’s PR department on reputation management and damage limitation relating to same. All and any calls and or contacts made from media (print, broadcast, web, social) and received on same + council’s response, e.g. press releases on same with any quotes from elected or other officers.
• Minutes of meetings and all or any discussions within the council and or with its contractors, or other persons and organisations, e.g. housing organisations, other landowners/ leaseholders on same subject.
