1. The inspection of Mill Lane 17th May 2022 [...] I have seen no evidence in your email of this inspection, please furnish this to me as well as inspections 2021 and 2023 please, In an appropriate and easily opened format.
2. Also works that have been conducted on Mill Lane by unknown 3rd party contractors (BT/Cable ETC) since May 17th 2022 to date, what knowledge do you have of any works carried out and what inspections have you conducted post works to ensure they were conducted and closed correctly?
3. I would also ask that a Standard Operational Procedure ( S.O.Ps) governing the “Inspecting a road of this type” be sent to us, we could then see if it is fit for purpose given the road type.
4. I also ask that you send me any and all defect reports (GDPR redacted) for all defects reported in Hurley High Street and Mill lane since May 17th 2021 to date by members of the public.
5. I would also ask to see evidence compiled prior to 7th May 2023 of the schedule of works to be carried out on Mill Lane in regards of a “Yearly Road inspection” on or before 17th May 2023.
