Information is provided by yourself and collected by email and phone.

We collect the following information to process our application; Name, address, proof of income and financial situation, contact details including email address and phone number.
How we use the information provided
We use this information to administer the Local Welfare Provision Scheme. This includes making a purchase on your behalf of the household item which you require.
Who has access to the information about you
Members of the housing department who will be assessing your application.
Who we may share your information with
We will share this information with the retailer who we are making the purchase on your behalf. Currently our preferred supplier is Argos.
We may also share your information with Maidenhead Local welfare provision, Social services, housing benefit and council tax and the Department of Work and Pensions to assess whether you are eligible. If your appliances require installation then we will share your contact details with Open4You Lettings to enable them to install the appliance safely.
How long we store your information
Information will be retained for no longer than necessary and for a maximum of seven years.
