Data will be collected via a Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead digital form.

What information is collected

The following personal information is collected:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Donation amount
  • Financial information - including bank account number, sort code, long card number and expiry date

How we use information provided

We use the information provided to process the online donations to Windsor Guildhall Museum.

Who has access to the information about you

Details you provide will be shared with our Finance Team and our Windsor Guildhall Museum Team.

Who we may share your information with

We do not share your information with third parties unless required by Law.

How long we store your information

Your person details including financial information will be retained within our financial systems only and stored for 6 years, plus the current financial year. After this, your information will be securely deleted.
