All referrals for assistance and support from environmental health which includes food and health and safety, and, private sector housing referrals will be acknowledged and triaged, a dynamic risk assessment and review for every case received will be undertaken. Visits, inspections and surveys will be undertaken based on the severity of the report and situation, the risk posed and the impact to public health.
