Please read through the steps below before applying for a mobile access platform licence.
Applications in all cases should be submitted at least 10 working days before the licence is required.
The licence fee is £365.20.
On approval of this application, five working days written notice or 48 hours verbal notice must be given to the council of the date of commencement of the operations.
You are required to submit:
- A minimum public liability of insurance document of £5, 000,000 and
- A site location plan in addition to applying for this licence.
If the conditions are not adhered to, this will result in a £101.20 fine for each contravention.
