The Scoping Consultation ran between Thursday 30 July to Sunday 13 September 2026.
The purpose of this consultation was to:
- Identify key issues and opportunities.
- Find out what matters most to the community and stakeholders.
- Ask how we engage with the community and stakeholders.
The Scoping Consultation closed at 23:59 on Sunday 13 September 2026. The Council is currently compiling and analysing the representations received.

Call for Sites
The Call for Sites exercise ran between Thursday 30 July to Sunday 13 September 2026. This exercise provided an opportunity to suggest sites for a range of different uses and development.
The exercise closed at 23:59 on Sunday 13 September 2026. The Council is currently compiling and analysing the representation received.
