How to report a breach of planning control

  1. You can report a breach by using the form on the Council’s website, Royal Brough of Windsor and Maidenhead form to request a planning enforcement investigation.
    This will populate an electric form, including your name and contact details.
  2. However, if you cannot access the online form then a report can be sent to the address given below. 
  3. Please provide the following information:
     
    • Your name, address and contact details. These will remain confidential.
    • The address where the breach is taking place.
    • What the breach is and when it started.
    • Where possible a photo of the works (this helps us prioritise the breach).
    • Where possible, the name, address, email/telephone number of who is carrying out the work.
       
  4. If you report a breach to us, your details are kept strictly confidential, in line with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) 2018 and the Data Protection Act (DPA) 2018. Our Data Protection Policy sets out how we comply with these regulations.
