Teen Reading Groups
Reading Groups are a great way to discuss a shared love of books, try titles you wouldn’t otherwise, as well as learning the benefits of agreeing to disagree.
Reading Groups can be run within schools, youth groups or among friends.
If you are interested in setting up a new group or using our service for your established group, then we are interested in hearing from you.

RBWM Girls' Forum
The Girls' Forum was set up for girls aged between 12 to 19 years of age, who come from all areas of RBWM and/or attend school in the borough.
At the Girls' Forum, our aims are:
- We are a group of girls who want to make a change in the community
- We inspire and empower ourselves and others in the group
- We ensure girls voices are heard
- We advocate on behalf of girls so that actions are being taken to improve girls' experiences in the borough
- We amplify girls’ concerns and discuss issues important to us
- We listen to diverse perspectives and make sure we are the voice for all the girls in RBWM
- We create a friendly and informal environment where girls can hang out with like-minded people, learn new skills, and foster their interests to take these into the community
The Girls' Forum have a recommended book list of titles that you might enjoy, which can be borrowed from all RBWM libraries.
