Royal Borough Christmas opening hours

Over the festive period we will be operating different opening/closing hours:

  • Wednesday 24 December 2025, 9am to 3pm. (10am-3pm customer contact centre).
  • Thursday 25 December 2025, Closed.
  • Friday 26 December 2025, Closed.
  • Monday 29 December 2025, 9am-5pm.
  • Tuesday 30 December 2025, 9am-5pm.
  • Wednesday 31 December 2025, 9am-3pm. (10am-3pm customer contact centre).
  • Thursday  1 January 2026, Closed.

From Friday 2 January 2026 – normal opening hours apply.

  • Monday 22 December 2025 - normal opening hours.
  • Tuesday 23 December 2025 - normal opening hours.
  • Wednesday 24 December 2025 – Open as normal, close at 3pm.
  • Thursday 25 December 2025 - Closed.
  • Friday 26 December 2025 - Closed.
  • Saturday 27 December 2025 - normal opening hours.
  • Sunday 28 December 2025 - normal opening hours.
  • Monday 29 December 2025 – normal opening hours.
  • Tuesday 30 December 2025 - normal opening hours.
  • Wednesday 31 December 2025 - Open as normal, close at 3pm.
  • Thursday 1 January 2026 - Closed.
  • Friday 2 January 2026 - normal opening hours.

Museum Christmas and New Year opening/closing hours

  • Tuesday 23 December 2025 -10am-4pm.
  • Wednesday 24 December 2025 to Monday 5 January 2026 – Closed.

We will reopen on Tuesday 6 January 2026 and will continue to be open every Tuesday and Wednesday 10am to 4pm.
